Found this while doing an egogoogle. (As if that weren’t obvious.) Is this an artist studio or a studio apartment? Think that room has enough lamps in it? I count eight. Maybe a ninth off to the left and only partially visible in this photo. And that’s just one side of the room…I guess behind the photographer there are probably at least two or three more?
Frankly, it looks like it’s kind of dreary decor-wise. It’s got too little colour and contrast to suit my taste. A rather depressing place to work in, though that’s just my opinion, and not meant to be any sort of condemnation. In fact, one thing I just realised is that if this is an artist’s studio, it might be beneficial to have exactly that sort of environmental decor since it would tend to bring all the visual focus to whatever project is being worked on at the moment. And with all those lamps, I’d guess that having enough light would never be an issue!
