Cool cookware
“Way cool” frying pans from the Italian company TVS are available here at ACE.
Also seen at Target, for once we can get it here too! I saw these decorative frying pans and got really excited. I see many display possibilities for this innovative cookware, especially if you have a hanging pot rack in your kitchen.
Here’s my take on the pans from Ace.
These non-stick aluminum skillets come in all sorts of contemporary patterns and color combinations in Matt or Glossy finish. The price range for the three sizes are: small 83.99 NIS, Medium 114.99 NIS and Large 135.99 NIS… not too expensive for “high fashion” in the kitchen.

I saw these too and they are gorgeous. Unfortunately so far no luck convincing the husband to spend 115 NIS on a frying pan…

Hi Ladies,
I was with my hubbie when I took these shots and he didn’t flinch as he read me the prices…we’ll never be rich with him around but we will have nice frying pans!

Let’s see what these frying pans look like 6 months later in the average household. I’ll bet the bottom will be charred and stained and not quite pretty enough to display.

On one hand I agree with you and then on the other I don’t. I bought a set of “Calphalon” pots and pans many years ago and I take REALLY GOOD care of them and I must say they look great. So part of it is the care and the rest of it is the quality. I am tempted to go and buy one of these just to see what happens to that pattern… you may have a point here.
